From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the comfortable and clean rooms. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. the breakfast served at the hotel was varied and delicious, with brilliant coffee to start the day. We couldn't believe that we found such a high standard hotel at such a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Parkhotel Lyson to anyone looking for a great hotel experience without overpaying. It's definitely worth more than hotels three times its price!

For the price we paid, Parkhotel Lyson exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the blonde-haired woman at reception and the man in the restaurant. The location was perfect if you have a car, although a bit inconvenient if relying on public transport.
Hotel breakfast could have had a better selection.

Spent the Xmas vacation at a extraordinary place close to multiple attraction parks. the hotel room was very spacious and had everything we needed for our family. the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Loved the warmth of the room even when it went -10 degrees in the afternoon.
Though the amenities and rate per night were alright, the staff could improve the skills on sorting out the payment systems. Had a bit of an issue with double payment being taken for the stay duration.
